Reset the portal to initial state

Hi,

I have made some changes to the Customer Self Service (changes text, removed pages etc). I now need to revert those changes so would need to know if it possible to reset the portal to its initial state (the default look & feel).

    Yes, as shared by Syed above, you can uninstall the solution and then reinstall it.

    Yes Ravi you can do. Please uninstall the (Customer Self Service)solution installed from CRM and reinstall it through O365 admin portal. While initial development sometime most of the pages got crashed. so we uninstalled that particular solution and reinstalled it.
