Error While generating Ssrs report on Local VM : Forbidden

Dears, 

i am facing an issue while generating reports on local VM, it give an error in the notification center : Forbidden for customized and out of the box reports.

any idea how to fix it ? is it related to any DLL ?

    Which step did you encounter this issue?

    Did you try restarting the SSRS service and IIS?

    Im facing this issue whenever  i try to generate any report from the system, after the dialog open and i select my parameters, the error appears in the notifications Forbidden,

    i restarted all the services (IIS, SSRS, SQL) even the VM itself with no luck.

    I'm facing the same issue 
    I am downloading new AX  Development VM 10.0.32 (10.0.1515.44)
    The SSRS report is working fine with the Demo AXDB
    After restoring our Company data AXDB from PROD all Standard & Customized reports running failed with message "Forbidden"
