Hello All,
We currently use CRM 2013 on premise and we were using the CRM plugin in outlook. The set regarding functionality still works but we're not able to open the accounts, leads etc through outlook. It just says waiting for webpage and it shows grayed out.
We have a developer that was asking about our Office files and config files, could he have disabled that functionality and if so how can I tell?

What other plugins/addins do you have working in Outlook. It is possible that something was installed and started causing issues with the outlook Client. What version of Outlook, and CRM Outlook Client are you using?
Is this occurring for all users? Have you tried reinstalling it? The Oulook plugin is a local installation for individual users so I doubt a develop could have broke it unless they have made changes to Group Policy etc?
