Missing Keep alive interval option

Hello,

i recently upgraded a clients 2016 NAV service (it was on CU1) to the most recent CU67. The main reason for this was that the Idle Client Timeout function was not working - upon reading the documentation and searching the forums it looked like the client side configuration for keep alive was a broken functionality and the only remedy was/is to apply a CU high enough that the function moves to the service side (from what i've read this was done around CU8 or so). I've now successfully applied CU67 as indicated by the version in the client however i still can't see the keep alive function when accessing the server configuration.

As seen, the KeepAliveInterval that should be located below the Idle Client Timeout function is missing. Have i done something wrong and how can i go about fixing this? thanks

Hi, I checked in my NAV 2016 CU18 environment and there is this setup. I think you can reinstall the server side to see if this option is present.
