Enable 'Reactivate Case' button

Hi,

I am trying to give permissions to my users to 'Reactivate Case' button. As an admin I can see 'Reactivate Case' button but users can't.

This is an incident(OOB) form and users have Create/Read/Write/Append/Append To(organization level). I have checked the display rules for the button and it has 'Entity incident Privilege' rule which seems like users should be able to see it too.

How do I make it visible to users? Please suggest.

Thanks for any help.

    Please check below things:-

    1) Check if you have any JScript on the form on load , on change etc . If yes disable them temporarily and test it.

2)I have seen this issue in the past even when the user doing this does not have privilege

make sure the security role give to user has prvWriteUserSettings

    Regards,

    Rahul

Thanks Rahul. I have figured it out. The problem was that the users do not have create permissions to 'Activity' entity. Since CRM creates a new ‘Case Resolution’ activity upon ‘Case Resolve’ with Status ‘Completed’.. I am guessing it hidden the 'Reactivate Case' button to the users. So, when I gave the create, append and append to permissions to 'Activity' entity.. users were able to see the button. That's what worked for me!

    Thank you.
