API Calls for Consuming Webhook in CRM

Hi,

After registering the the webhook using the plugin registration and its steps. I would like to ask if there are any api calls counted when we consume a webhook in dynamics 365 crm? Thank youe

Hi,

I don't think it is mentioned anywhere specifically about webhook api limit but based on the current documentation, the api calls will be counted for CRUD from plugin, async workflows and batch operation. From that, I can take that just a webhook configuration will not consider as api call as there is no CRUD happened, however if within the external service, you are doing any operations then surery they will be counted.

Hi partner,

Webhook is also a kind of process in D365, so we could monitor them in system jobs.

And we could also go to Power Platform -> Analytics -> Common data service .
