Hi, We are implementing CRM 2016,

We are having a problem, our server return a IIS error with the text below:

But if we wait for some minutes the application comeback to work without any intervention and without IIS generates another w3wp process.

Any help? Any direction to investigate?

Thanks

This kind of thing is usually caused by a problem communicating with the domain controller in your network - is one of the Domain Controllers offline?

Hi Scott, this was my first try, but our DC´s are running fine. I read a article suggesting to fix DC, but this isn´t a solution a like, but it´s a way to isolate and find the problem. Do you know how to do this on CRM 2016? Thanks

This is the article crm.ipiyush.me/comexception-the-server-is-not-operational but it´s tells about CRM2013.

Try to check this in the firewall: support.microsoft.com/.../832017 ...

Also check inetpub logs ,example: %SystemDrive%\inetpub\logs\LogFiles or where is configured

Also a simple test, ping the server constantly and check if some kind of network outages appears.
