Word templates do not fill in correctly

Hi,

I have i tricky problem. I created a lot of word templates for my company, all based in account entity and everyone who needs them is able to trigger it and download.

The problem is, there is a certain company entity where the template doesn't fill in everything it should, while it does as provided in other company entities.

I tried to adjust security roles but that cannot be the problem.

For example: The template fills in the customer adress correctly but not the personalized information from the user, which are all based in the same entity...

Any ideas? :)

Hey, thanks again for your effort!

It wasn't the data. I found out there was a deactivated JavaScript in that particular department.

It's use is to fetch the personal information of the current user, which in this case haven't been fetched, to write them in the word template !

    Thank you Kokulan!

    Hi

Just before the document is generated, i would find that record in advance find and add all the columns and see the specified user lookup has value

If it has value its not to do with data

Do you happened to have multiple BUs and records isolated in BUs?

    Thanks

Thank you, but I think that can't be the problem, cause it fills as wished when other users use it...

It's really only one department in our company where it doesn't work properly.

Make sure you are using the correct user lookup field in the template, most likely wrong lookup that does not have value being used
