Hi 
I have Dynamics CRM 8.1.1.1005 onprem and exchange online. 
Have already configure Server side Sync and Exchnage online(Hybrid) profile and it works fine. 
But I also need Dynamics CRM App for outlook to work for my users. But when I look into Apps for Dynamics CRM i get error 
"This app currently doesn't support hybrid connections between CRM and email servers."

    Hi Ragnar,

    Can you make sure that all requirements from this article are met? docs.microsoft.com/.../deploy-dynamics-365-app-for-outlook

    Can you try also upgrading CRM to the latest build for OnPrem (8.2.2.X) and see if this solves your problem?

    If not, the reach out to MS Support.

    Hi,

    +1 for above suggestion. You can see in the lin shared that the supported version is December 2016 Update for Dynamics 365 which is 8.2.
