Account information not displaying correctly in view

Hi There

I have uploaded a lot of extra account details via the import excel function.

When you look at the account individually, all the information is there, but the additional information won't display in a view until you open the account and save it.  then it appears in the view.

You can see on this snip the account information displaying for those lines that i have opened and saved one by one.

This view is filtered by the value in the region column, and it is displaying the correct accounts, so it is seeing the information at the filter level, but just not displaying it.

Is there a way to bulk save these records to activate this information?  To me it is an error in the program as it should display automatically.

Thanks

    Hi

I imported the value via the import wizard rather than a rule or script.

    HI,

You have set Region and Cust Grade field value while importing the record?

Or It is getting calculated automatically using Business Rule or Javascript?

Javascript will not execute when you import record. Business rules whose scope set to Form/All Form will also not executed when you import records.

Business Rule whose scope is set to Entity will be executed when you import records using import wizard.

Please mark my answer verified if i were helpful
