Position on Footer on my electronic reporting

Hello, since the 22 release, the footer on electronic reporting, especially sales invoices, is not on the same position as before. The value of the alignmennt paramater is set on "center":

This is what I got:

It used to be like this

Do you have any idea what is going on ?

Hi Pierre,

Do you have this issue on the environments that have PU22?

I cannot find the config on Microsoft repositories, If it is not standard, have you check if any have created a new version for this config?

You can try to change the alignment to check if it works as it expected again-

If the config is standard and you have this issue on several environments (UAT and DEV), you can raise support ticket to Microsoft.

thank you. What is PU22?

No it is not standard and i tried to move the position but it does not change anything.

I meant product update, PU (e.g 10.0.22 PU46 , docs.microsoft.com/.../public-preview-releases

Will this report be exported to Word file?

If it is not standard, please check if it has been changed by other users (i.e. Check field "Version created" for this config)? or test the same config on another environment to check if you can repro the issue.

Hello Alireza,

It wil be exported to PDF file. It is working on version18 environnement and not on 22...

I still do not know what to do ...

Hi Pierre,

Have you tried to import the GER config on another 10.0.22 environment to check if you can repro the issue?

Does the pdf print have fail position on footer?

It must be a bug, and it is still there 2 years later. Whatever you have in strings and whenever there is 1 element in ER under the footer or many, everything is concatenated and printed in the rightmost section with the alignment to the right.

The guidance Design an ER format to generate a report in Excel format with embedded images in page headers or footers - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn is therefore valid [in a very narrow sense], because in that guidance they place the demo picture to the right. :)
