Production order is released but cannot see jobs in the 'Job Card Terminal'

Experts,

I have production order released and jobs are created with status coming (when viewed from the production order).

Jobs are scheduled on resource 'M1' but when I tried to login to Job card terminal and select the resource 'M1' , it says there are no active jobs on this resource.

I already used the utility 'Synchronize job table' but did not make a difference.

Any pointer?

Regards

-Rahul

    Hello Rahul

Did you mark "Job management" for the process job on the route group under Production control - Setup - Routes - Route groups?

When you look at one job on the production order, is the job management check box marked?

Yes, it is marked there as well.

I tried with multiple products and resources but for none of them I could see jobs in the job card terminal.

Seems some common setup is missing?

    Found the solution.

On the production order defaults form (Production Control => Setup => Manufacturing Execution => Production order defaults, under the operations tab, setup time and run time must be checked under the 'Register on' field group.

Have a look at this image : www.screencast.com/.../vZ3WCT71SIfI
