Hi There,
I just imported an Excel file that had 500 new visits on, and it did create about 400 new visits with the provided information no problem. However, for some reason it also modified about 100 existing visits, changing subject names, due dates, and a couple other details which leaves me with 2 questions:
1.) Is there any way I can undo the import, mostly to revert the existing visits back to the way they were?
2.) What do I need to do in order to ensure that they only create new visits and not overwrite existing ones?
