Is Customer Insights included in Customer engagement enterprise licences

Hi,

I'm a bit confused as to whether or not Customer Insights is included in Customer Service Enterprise licences. Can anyone help please?

Unfortunately Customer Insights is not included with a Customer Service Enterprise license as it has it's own license you would need to purchase. Customer Insights is also licenses by the number of profiles you have in the system and not by users or seats. Pricing information can be found here: dynamics.microsoft.com/.../

Customer Insight is a license assigned to a tenant.
