What is my access URL after install?

Hi, I've successfully installed MS CRM on-Premise 2013, however my clients cannot access the application via the browser using http://[crmserver]:5555/[company].

I have tried from 2 accounts (one is install admin) and both have security in CRM.

Should I be using an IP address?  TO I have do make a change to allow a URL to work internally?

Note - this is not an IFD, just internal access required.

Thanks!

    Hello MATT,

Launch the Deploy Manager of CRM, in the ORG section right click on the org record that your interest and click Browse...

    Let me know!

    Thanks

    Hi Marco,

I can browse the URL that comes up there OK within the server - it's accessing this same URL from a client that does not work, with no specific error just standard IE message 'cannot display the webpage'.

    Hi Karth,

This issue referenced on this site is for someone who can access their site via an IP but not a server name - i cannot do either.

I'm guessing it's a deployment/IIS setting - what settings do you have to do post installation to allow users to browse the app?  Can't see it covered in any documentation?

    Thanks

    Matt

Try to Change the settings in your browser... try to add the nameserver as secure site for example...

For those interested, the answer was that port 5555 was blocked between the clients VLAN and the CRM server VLAN.

This may be obvious to some, but i guess it's the simple things to check first!

Appreciate your assistance and suggestions, each I looked into and helped me learn more about the application.

    Thanks

    Matt
