I have created a campaign activity to send an email via mail merge and I need any responses to automatically generate a campaign response.
CRM creates an email activity for all the sent messages and for the reply tracking work properly, they must all be 'regarding' the campaign activity.
Everything works perfectly if I select the 'Email' channel in the Campaign Activity, but if I try and use the 'Email via Mail Merge' channel, the activities are always automatically set regarding the lead who is recieving the message and not the campaign activity.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?
