Regarding MSD App Test Drive

We are facing issue in integrating Test Drive functionality to our  Ameyo Contact Center Connector for MS Dynamics 365.  We have created Azure AD App and added it to Azure Active Directory according to https://github.com/Microsoft/AppSource/blob/master/Microsoft%20Hosted%20Test%20Drive/Setup-your-Azure-subscription-for-Dynamics365-Microsoft-Hosted-Test-Drives.md and enabled to Test Drive in partner.Microsoft but still Test Drive is  not working
