The record in table Document Node already exists. Identification fields and values: Entry No.='XXXXX'

Hi All,

I have created a function which automatically posts the Sales Order through the OOB Sales-Post codeunit.
I get the following error The record in table Document Node already exists. Identification fields and values: Entry No.='XXXXX'
However when I try manually posting the Sales Order, the issue does not reproduce.
Also, the error is random on posting of Sales Order through the function.

Kindly advise on the error so I know where I can debug.

Thanks,
Olister

    Hello,

We currently do not have dedicated Dev support via the Dynamics 365 Business Central forums, but I wanted to provide you some additional resources to assist.  If you need assistance with debugging or coding I would recommend discussing this on one of our communities.

I will open this up to the community in case they have something to add.

    Thanks.

    Hi Marco,

    Thank you for the reply.
I haven't been able to recreate this issue through UI or even through debugging.
Also, I don't exact know where to look for this error message.

    Kindly advise.

    Thanks.

Hi, If you are using On-Premises, you can set "breakOnNext": "Background" in launch.json file.
