Hello,
one of my customers is facing the problem that he is not able to use drag&drop in personalization.
He has fully access to personalization, page is not blocked for it.
Other users of the company, including me, are not facing anything like this.
Does not work with Edge & Firefox.
Any ideas?

The first thing i would try for this user is to clean cookies / all browser data from the browser and then try again.
