unable to upload any type of document in business central 20.4

"the file could not be uploaded at this time please try later."

trying to upload a 1MB pdf file in business central 20.4 but BAD LUCK!!

But able to upload any type of file less then 20KB.

service instance is azure VM and database is on azureDB. average usage load 20%-30%

attaching image for same.

    Pls check your internet speed and configuration of BC D365 setup on azure.

    its a testing environment with S2 50 DTU's >> checked with S3 100 DTU's as you suggested but BAD LUCK!!

    Getting same error.

    checked its already 999 and have also increased in IIS.

    still struggling to upload a file of size 2-3 MB.
