Could not open the 'Test Company' company. The User Setup does not exist. Identification fields and values: User ID='ADMIN'

Hi Experts,

I am using the admin user login and created a new company. When I try to login to the new company it is giving the below error.

When I am creating a new company I am selecting the ADMIN user in "Manage Users" to add the user to the new company. 

I am creating this company in Production environment of the latest version of BC.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

    Hi Avinash,

    try to assign SUPER permission for this user and check accessibility. If you have SUPER with no company specified this means you have SUPER access to the entire tenant, all current and future companies. It should not be necessary to setup any additional permissions.

    Hi RH,

    Thanks for the help.

    The user is the Global admin and has the Super permission assigned.

    If I try to create a company with no data, then the company is creating. But after the creation of the company I am getting the reported error.

    But if I try to create the company with sample data then I am not able to create the company itself. Below is the error.

    try grant permission for user from User Setup put your ID and then complete necessary setup
