I am copying  RMS database values to other database....  While copying i have an issuse in purchase order table......

how to differentiate the cancelled and closed purchase order from purchase order table

    How do you handle cancelled purchase orders in the first place?

    You can differentiate the open, partial and committed POs with these values:

    if postatus = 0, PO is open

    1 = Partial, means updated with entries but not yet committed

    2 - committed
