Has anyone found instructions on how to create a case in Dynamics 365 Sales app when a RTM Marketing form has a new submission? We are trying to do this so our customer service department receives a notification when there's a new submission to a particular form.

Create Case Based On Form Submission
    Hi Partner,
A record is created on the ‘Marketing form submission’ table in dataverse when one RTM Marketing form has a new submission.
So you can create one workflow/flow to create one case automatically when one ‘Marketing form submission’ record created.
However, it is not easy if you want to get submitted value to populate new created case, you can refer to the following links to get more detailed steps:

I hope you can verify my answer if it helps you! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
