I am getting an error "File upload for entity in data project did not succeed" while uploading Excel file (.xlsx) in:

Workspaces > Data management > Import.

for a custom data entity "Raw materials". I have verified the data entity, it is working fine. The problem seems to be with the upload functionality. This is a Onebox development environment and I am using Internet explorer 11 as the web client.

Seeking any clues to resolve the issue. Perhaps the location of the error log file?

HI Asan Khan,

From the screenshot, Source data format is set to CSV, But you are trying to upload Excel File.
Try to use CSV format and upload.

Although the screen shot shows CSV, but it errors even if I select Excel.

Resolved it! You need to make sure that AzureStorageEmulator is running when you are trying to import or export files.

Hi,

I face Excel sheets issue on processing group entity page "sheet lookup", after browsing the excel file the lookup not fill sheet list image showing :

Check and working service and components:

1 Service are working on SQL Server.
2 AOS server DIXF Component.

3 Client Local Machine DIXF Component.

dear @muhmmad, can you please explain me the exact configurations that you have done in your system.

My AzureStorageEmulator is already runnning, still I am facing the same issue.
