Changing the Size of the Display in All windows

Since we moved all users "OFF" of citrix last month due to incredible slow speeds of doing anything (another matter) there are a couple of users who are complaining about the screen display being 'too small'

We have tried the 'change the display' size

We have increased the fonts

We have done a bunch of different display related things and nothing seems to work.

When the user gets into a data entry screen all the magnification goes away and it seems to revert back to 'as small as possible' window size (her words).

Any one have a clue to fix / if there is a fix / to this matter.

    Bill,

    I believe this has been a complaint from many people since the release of GP 2013. Please upvote these posts over on connect and maybe Microsoft will address this.

    This is a very big and frequent customer complaint. I had one client so disturbed by it that they wanted to undo the upgrade.

    It's bad.

    Funny note to this, I got a call this morning from the client (noted above) and she could not do something - I looked around - I got connected to the server - all was fine - I connected to her computer and found her back on Citrix - all because of the fact she could make the screen appear bigger.  

    Problem was related to a patch we applied to the local machines but not to citrix - ha, we figureed out how to keep her off the bad server anyway.
