Looking for help on creating a EDI label

I already have a Bed, Bath and Beyond Label via EDI but they are asking for changes. I am struggling on the Horizontal and vertical line areas and what they mean also when you click on each line on properties it has addistional horizontal and vertical lines that can be different. If I could get a guide this would be helpful or a description of what each do in layman's terms what each mean so i can fix the label appropriately. the problem I have is if I change one thing and then print the label I am not really sure what I just moved.. and it's a lot of back and forth. I was hoping something was on the internet to help but there isn't. so if someone has a cheat sheet to share? below are the vertical and horizontal line positions and then in each line it has it's own properties..

This appears to be an ISV question.  I will open this up to the community.
