When i go to create new companies via company information the + is greyed out?
I have checked my user setup and i have D365 Full Access as a user group and SUPER as a user permission
Hi Steph
The new company is created from "Companies" page and not from "company information" page.
You can either click "New" to create a Blank company or select a n existing company and click "copy" to copy the existing company.

If it is greyed out then you most likely have a TEAM MEMBERS license and not PREMIUM.
Make sure you have SUPER with blank company. Also make sure that you are not under team member license.
