Custom button is not visible on Dashboard UCI

I have placed custom button on dashboard in classic UI by using Application Ribbon and it is working. After we upgrade our instance from classic UI to Unified Interface. Custom button on dashboard in Unified Interfaced is not visible.

Looks like a bug for me. Get in touch with Microsoft, open a ticket and let them help you.

This needs a tweak in Organization level. Follow the step in this blog to get it resolved.
