Management Reporter Column Headings Not Aligned Horizontally

All of a sudden, by column headings in MR are not aligned.  The Actual column is higher than the other columns.   

I've reviewed the column definition and all columns appear to be set up the same - same font, same size, same justification, etc.  
 
I have several reports that use this column definition and now they're all misaligned.  
 
The first screenshot shows how it looks in Management Reporter after the initial report generation. Everything is aligned.
 
The second screenshot shows how it it looks after I Download>Management Report Report Viewer to print and save.  The Actual column is now higher. 
 
Does anyone know how to correct this?

    Do you have wrapped text or anything like that setup on the column? I wonder if you tried taking that off and seeing if it affects it. I have had issues in the past with that.
