Hi.

We have a Sales Order that has an Open status and had a partial shipped and invoiced transaction. There's one item left with qty of 2. We need to change the qty to 1 however, the qty shipped is already set to 2. How do we change the quantity so we can process the invoice accurately? Thank you in advance.

Hi, the posted data in BC cannot be directly modified, you need to do Undo shipment, and then re-post 1.

You can refer to the method below to find Posted Sales Shipment.
