Issue when trying to generate an invoice for a sales order.

Hi All,

Good Day!

 

I'm facing an issue when trying to generate an invoice for a sales order.

 

This is the error I'm getting.

Posting Posting Sales order: XXXX-XXXXXX88 Cannot find the credit card transaction needed to settle this invoice.

 

If anyone could kindly offer some guidance or assistance, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
    Could you please check if you have setup the credit card payment service, added the credit card to the sales order etc. You can check this document for more information. Credit card setup, authorization, and capture - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
