Hello,

I am looking for some information regarding the upcoming conversion from ICD-9 to ICD-10. Will this affect Great Plains in any fashion? If so, what actions are being taken towards this effort and is there anything the customer side should do in preparation?

Could someone please help me with this information or direct me to someone I could speak with?

What is ICD?

ICD is for for medical billing. I am assuming you have some other system that integrates into GP as GP doesn't handle medical billing. This would be something to discuss with you medical billing software provider.

Melissa is correct this is something you need to talk with that software provider not here.
