Set default view to Opportunity Product Associated View on Opportunity Product subgrid on the Opportunity Form

I have created a custom subgrid on the Opportunity form for Opportunity Products. I want to set the default view on this subgrid to "Opportunity Product Associated View", but that is not available in "Set Properties"

It is available as a view for users, but I want to find a way to set it as the default. How can I do that?

Hi Barbara,

you just need to create another view - you will see it in the list then. For the associated view, please have a look at this thread:

community.dynamics.com/.../162584

Long story short, it does not show up in those selectors.

Hi Barbara,

The MSDN article (msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg328457.aspx) says:

Only one active public view can be set as the default view. To make a view the default view, set the IsDefault property to true.

The view you want to set as default is an Associated View not a public view.
