How can I delete old email but keep subject line

We have been sending thousands of emails monthly for the past 10+ years. I would like to find a way to delete emails older than 1 yr but I would like to keep the subject line. We are using clickdimentions to send out all our emails.

I know I am able to do a bulk record delete and delete all emails, but I would like to keep at least the subject line.

Hello,

You can't delete an email and leave the subject. If you want to clean up some space - do the bulk update of the emails - specifically the Description field.
