how can customers use different languages of GP? Is this possible in GP 2016?

What languages?
Only Spanish and French are supported now.

Can you clarify please - do you mean for a single install seeing different languages or one customer site wants one language and another wants a different language.
I think there have been language packs in the past but don't know now.
