not able to create new customer insight card

trying to create a Sales assistant card using new Custome sales insight feature but when at the end getting bad request error .

i have created the card from blank on create of account creating sales assistant card also tried from below got same issue

    Hi,

    From the image that you shared it looks like you manually entered the value(jimcrm) in the Environment (org) field. If this is true, please choose the org from the dropdown provided and it should work.

    Values it not coming automatically in org so I have entered custom value

    We would need the flowId. You can find it in the URL: ....flows/

    Please DM me details.

    In the meantime, try putting the complete url: orgname.crm*.dynamics.com in the Environment (org) field.
