Error 401 when a single user tries to upload document on Document Location

Hi,

I configured successfully my CRM with my SharePoint to store Documents in a SharePoint Document Library.

Almost all users are able to upload document on sharepoint, and, when document location is not still created, to automatically create a new Document Location.

There is a user, and really I'm not understanding why, that when tries to upload a document under a document location receives the 401 error.

Same error when he tries to create a document location.

He is able to open the document location and upload document directly on sharepoint.

The 401 error is returned only when he works on CRM.

Thank you.

Okay for first level investigation, pls try in different browser with file size below 5 mb in word or pdf format. And this user has access to the sharepoint file location

    Hi,

    thank you for the answer.

I don't think that is a document size issue, because my user (administrator) is able to create document location (and folder in SP) and to upload document.

Other users, are able to create folder and upload documents directly in SP, but when they try to use CRM, the system returns 401.

    I don't understand why.
