italicized records

Hi, I have issue regarding Italicized records on a grid.

I have the user entering records into a grid, but after a certain number, the record becomes italicized and the user needs to click onto that record to complete saving it.

Does anyone know how to force or ensure that the record is saved. I try to do an update on field modified, but this does not seem to do the trick.

Processing pending – This status indicates that the changes in the row haven't yet been saved by the server but are in a queue of changes that must be processed. Before you take action outside the grid, you must wait for all the pending changes to be processed. Additionally, the text in these rows is italicized to indicate the unsaved status of the rows.

Hi Brian,

You provided your own answer by sharing the documentation about the grid capabilities. You can't enforce the order of the queue. The user can continue with other columns and records.

In case the queue becomes too long, you might need to analyse how to possibly improve the performance by reviewing the coding.
