Can we force users to use Print Management?

We're looking for a way to ensure users always use the Print Management settings for things like printing Invoices, Load Lists and Packing lists. Currently, they can turn the Print Management radio button off and choose their own print settings.

How can we prevent that?

I would also like to know if there is a way to see when a users prints using print management, and when they don't. Is there a log somewhere that shows this?
I have the same question (0)

Moved from Dynamics 365 general forum here, because it's clearly about a particular product and I think it's Finance and Operations. Let me know if you disagree.

    Hi Peter,

I do assume you are referring to Use print management in case you want to post a sales or purchase confirmation, packing slip or invoice? If so, you can use Saved views to hide the option and publish the view to all users. Note that users might be able to change the view themselves.
You can also consider a customization to restrict access.

    Hi,
You need to use strong controls to force users to use print management, which involves custom development of content because there is no out-of-the-box functionality. Or as Andre said, you can publish a saved view, but it can't completely prevent users from changing the view. As for whether there is a log to record the user's use of print management, there is no such log, but there are now third-party tools to support print archives, can know the user at a certain point in the document content, you can try it.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

Thank you all for the comments. I'll work on creating saved views and will look into the 3rd party apps.   Great feedback.
