Dynamics AX 2009/2012 Licensing: Legal Terms

Where can we get a copy of the licensing terms for AX 2009 and AX 2012, so our legal team can review?

I've looked on Customer Source, but can't find anything resembling a legal document outlining the terms of the license.

    NB: License Terms for MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 can be found here: www.microsoft.com/.../resource-library.aspx;SortField2=Licensing

    Presumably they're the same or similar for AX 2012 "R1" and AX 2009; though having something confirming this would be helpful.

    The Licensing and Pricing Guide refers to SLT and PUR. Try these links:

    For the PUR, it maybe that you have to create it?!:

    Sorry, I completely failed to read the version you wanted. For AX 2009, this might apply:

    I can't find anything for 2012 FP/RTM. R2 is here:
