Hello
I want to host Business Central on Azure.
Can you help by telling me what the system requirements are required for hosting it in azure ?
What type of instances , what type of SQL etc

I would strongly recommend you to looking into using Business Central online instead of running your own hosting for this in Azure unless you have a very specific reason to run on Azure hosted virtual machines.
But if you decide to do so. Here is the system requirements:

And remember that these are minimum requirements so be prepared to step it up a bit to get a good performing solution.
With out knowing anything about your business and the load you will put on the system, it is hard to give you more precise advice.
And if you want to run on a Azure SQL database this documentation is useful for you as well.
