Unexplained changes in the form of Accounts

Good morning,

While working with a client on Dynamics 365 CRM, we recieved from him an email, stating that the form of the accounts has changed (fields + tabs ...) as shown in the pictures.

We are in the process of setting up DUAL WRITE between Dynamics for Finance and Dataverse.

Unfortunately, we did not pay attention on what the form contained before we start working so we are not sure about this.

Q1  : Does anyone know if this can be caused by Dual Write?
Q2  : If there's a way to know if the form has been modified , by whom and when ?

    Hi Naycene,

Based on two screenshots you provided above, they are different apps, one is customer service and another is sales, and they are showing different main form in the account entity.

For one entity, there are many main forms, they can be added to app and list in the form selector:

Go Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Account > Forms:

    Customer service:

Only one main form is added, which is Account for Interactive experience.

    Sales:

Many forms you can select, but default form is Account.

If you wan to show same form in second screenshot(Sales), you can change form in form selector:
