I try to close a transaction in CPOS but I can't, I get the message "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later". I hit the button send receipt by e-mail, so maybe the system is trying to do this in the backgroud, any change to cancel this or is there another solution to move on and finish the transaction?

    I still see the transaction, it is also paid, I just can't close it, it keeps giving me the message.

    If you have access to the machine hosting Retail Server then look for warnings/errors in the Event Viewer (Applications and Services Logs->Microsoft->Dynamics->Commerce-RetailServer->Debug).

    Or try to catch an error over the wire by leveraging you browser's Developer Tools (F12) option or by using any utility capable of intercepting HTTP traffic.

    Is it possible to convert/save receipt into PDF  in CPOS.
