- Rebooting the computer will solve the hangs for a short time
- If you end the Dynamics task while it's hanging, Dynamics won't open again until you reboot
- This problem has continued over computer upgrades (both users have received new machines in the past two weeks)
- We've tested the wiring and checked the ports on the switches for errors...everything looks good
- These users are not performing processor intensive tasks. They are generally just entering invoices
- The users do share the exact same security role

- We've found no correlation between large processes being run at the same time the hangs occur
- During hangs System Idle Process is taking up the most CPU, and Dynamics is listed as Not Responding (though it will respond, given enough time)
