can't create post event handler for form datasource methods

Hi,

Standard AX Form :  OMTeamMembershipCriterion

I have to revert the logic written after super() call form datasource method selectionchanged().

As we cannot create a post handler of this method, i am not in a position to change the logic.

SelectionChanged() gets called at the end of all the form datasource method. so I don't have any way left except overlay.

Any suggestion?

    Hi VDY,

You can subscribe to "OnSelectionChanged" event of form datasource and put your code there.

    Hi ivegen and Sukrut,

As i mentioned in my question, I already tried this. OnSelectionChanged() gets called immediately after super() call of formdatasource 's selectionchanged() method. The standard logic of allowEdit() is written after super() call in formdatasource's selectionchanged() method.  So it won't help.

Do you know what method or event gets called when i click on Edit button of the standard AX Simple List page from Top Action Page? Probably we can try it.

It wasn't possible at all with this approach. We instead modified OMTeam form and provided new dropdown to override the permission.
