    Hi partner,

We could use 2 ways to switch the BPF stage with our requirement.

    a.Workflow

1.Create a workflow and select the entity to the BPF.

2.Set the trigger to "Process changes" and click on "select" and select "modified on".

3.Set the filter and add the update action.

    4.Save and Active.

b.You could still use workflow but with workflow tools(custom workflows)

    https://github.com/demianrasko/Dynamics-365-Workflow-Tools/blob/master/docs/Set%20Process%20Stage.md

c.You could also use JS code to set active stage in BPF.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/model-driven-apps/clientapi/reference/formcontext-data-process/activestage/setactivestage

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo

Could you find other BPF in the entity list? Could you kindly share some screenshot?

    Hi partner,

    Thanks for your sharing.

    Please chekc the following points.

1.Does your BPF in the solution you are working on?

2.Did you try to add the bpf to UCI in app designer and try again.

3.Make sure your BPF is not only for UCI.

About this point I did a test in my instance, I created two custom BPF, one is for classic and another is for UCI, and I could only fint the classic BPF in entity list when I create the workflwo.
