Error "The user must have access to at least one vendor" on Vendor Login

Hi Guys,
 
Vendor after login in to D365 when he clicks on any Button like Vendor Information he is getting the below error. 
Please advise.

    Can you check if the user record for this vendor login is linked to a person which is a contact person for the vendor master record? If not, it will not know for what vendor the details should be presented.

    Can you tell which security roles are assigned to this vendor? Is it having an external vendor role and the external user role?

    System External User
    Vendor Admin (External)
    Vendor Contact (External)

    Hi Umair,
     
    The roles seem to be correct at first sight. As mentioned below, the user should be linked to a person on the User information form. This person should be the contact person for a vendor. Next to this, the vendor has a setting for the vendor collaboration. Can you check this chain and if the vendor collaboration on the vendor is not set to Not active?
