    Hi,

The only way that you can reliably control the form for Add New on a subgrid is by enabling quick create and configuring that.

Forms are deigned to be a Role Based way of showing different information to different users - they are not designed to be used conditionally depending on the data in a record or the form that is being used to open the record from.

See info on quick create forms - technet.microsoft.com/.../dn531126.aspx

    Hope this helps

    Hi Manikanta,

You could change the form order in the solution. Go to the Solution. Choose the Entity and select Forms.

Click on  Form Order dropdown as shown below.

You could change the form order set there.

When you select a form, that form will be used from then on as the default form - so I think you are just seeing this behaviour.

If you are not seeing the new form , you'll need to refresh the browser - and also make sure that you have selected the correct form in the drop download form selector.

thanks the form opens based on order. here i changed order it worked but the first form is not first (ex: total 3 forms info, new1,new2 here i gave order1 to info but showing new on top) a little confuse. but here the form opening based on order. in the image if u see created 2 new forms both names r showing NEW which leads to confuse how can i change the names

    Hi Manikanta,

Open the forms. Click on Save As and change the name of the forms.

                                             OR

You could go to Form Properties and navigate to tab Display. Change the name of the form there.
