Hi,
There is a debt recoverability policy whereby all open invoices, on closing of the accounts at each period, will be provided for as doubtful debt if the invoice has been outstanding more than 60 days.
Does anyone know how can I achieve this using the existing NAV features or workflows? Any ideas that we can automate this manual process of identifying manually all open invoices for each individual customers?

Go to any customer card. Drill down to the Balance. From the filter section, remove Customer - you will get the list of all (opened) customers ledger entries. Add more standard filters: select only Invoices - you will get only invoices that are still to be paid. Then, filter out only those where the DueDate is 60 days less then the current (or needed) date. You will get the list of all invoices, matching your requirements. You'll get something like this:
You can save it to Excel if needed. Save the view to your shortcuts, then you will be able to open it with one click again in the future and just modify the needed date.
You can look at the Aging account receivable report and try to schedule this report so you will get report of all the invoices over 60 days.
