ask - default OM order type less than older version

hi there,

need help. I just created empty database on SL 2011.

GL, AP, AR, IN setup screens have been set.

Now as usual, I open Order Type screen, then choose "Create default order type".

after click, system will build default order type.

when I check, order types is less than older version (SL 6.0).

system only create All, BL, CM, DM, INVC, MO, OU, Q, and SO).

but older version create more than that, such RFC.

Now I want to create manually for RFC, but I can't determine the steps.

in this case, I want system can create default order type as much as old version, as below:

ALL, O, BL, CM, CS, DM, INVC, KA, MO, OU, Q, REP, RFC, RMSH, RPL, SHIP, SO, TP, WC.

why this occur, and how to fix it.

    Check the Initialize mode and Open the Order Steps Screen under Order Management.

    Then you can define the Custom steps easily for that RFC.

    is there a way, so that system create standard order type as much as older verison?

    Hi Rodi

    This situation appears to be a bug in SL 2011.  Execute the following query on the application database.  Replace the XXXXXX with the company id.

    DMG_SOType_Insert_All '1', 'XXXXXX', '0'

    Hope this will resolves the issue.
